About Us:

Hello, my name is Elizabeth a healthcare professional and mental health advocate. I am passionate about sharing the benefits of journaling with others. During some of my most difficult times, journaling became a powerful tool for healing, self-reflection, and personal growth. Journaling provided a safe space to process my emotions, build resilience, and build a memory tracker. I found joy in journaling and giving myself time to reflect helped me stay grounded and in the moment. I am now hoping to encourage others while building friendships within the community. Building a safe space to connect is my goal. Also, I believe everyone should journal so making these tools available will be my main priority! I can finally give back to the community I was raised in, and want to encourage a mindful life, allow others to find the joy that journaling can bring to your life.

Victoria's story

Hi, Victoria here.

I never considered myself an artistic person—I can’t even draw a straight line. But several months ago, I discovered art journaling, and it opened a door I never expected. After my husband suffered a stroke in 2025, I found comfort in spending time alone creating mixed-media art, collages, and journal pages. The creative process brought me a sense of peace and calm during a difficult time. It gave me the freedom to express myself in new and meaningful ways. Now, I’m seeking a community where people can share and celebrate all forms of artistic expression. We are each drawn to different mediums, and there is so much we can learn from one another. I hope to inspire others to discover their own creative voice and experience the healing and connection that art can bring.
